I'm so happy you're here! I'm Emily, a UX professional based in the northern suburbs of Chicago.
My Journey
I am an experienced UX researcher with a background in human-centric design. I am educationally trained in design thinking and project management, with a B.F.A. in Experiential Design and a M.S. in Management.
Through professional experience, I have built a skillset in qualitative research methodologies. Currently pursuing a M.S. in Psychology, I hope to become both a better researcher and a better leader by gaining a more thorough understanding of human behavior.

At my time at Uline, I've also discovered a passion for Research Operations. As a member of a growing team, I identified a need for solidified research processes. Stepping into a leadership role, I have overhauled how research is documented, presented, and saved to better prepare our team for longevity.
Hobbies
Some fun facts about me: My favorite way to pass the time is to grab my camera and go on a walk. When I'm not working on Psychology classwork, I'm playing tennis, painting, reading, or making miscellaneous arts and crafts.
How I Work
